This gave, to the locals, the idea for the inn&#8217;s name.<\/p>\n<p>The owner and chef, Vinicio, select for you only the best products available: Local meats, like the Norcia&#8217;s typical dried ham cut with the sharpest knife or the cattle meats cooked on the grill, local cheeses, fresh and home made pasta&#8230; Our goal is to give the best quality
